Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced 1871 vacancies for Sub-Inspector positions in Delhi Police, Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) and Sub-Inspector (Fire) in CISF.

Vacancies

• 205 Sub-Inspector (Exe.) – Delhi Police (Male)
• 112 Sub-Inspector (Exe.) – Delhi Police (Female)
• 1,320 Sub-Inspector (GD) – CAPFs
• 234 Sub-Inspector (Fire) – CISF (Male)

Eligibility

• Age 20-25 years (Delhi Police & CAPFs) or 18-30 years (CISF Fire) with applicable relaxations.
• Bachelor’s degree (or B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics for CAPFs; or Diploma in Engineering for CISF Fire).

• Application window: 10th – 30th September 2026 (23:00 hrs)
• Last date for fee payment: 1st October 2026 (23:00 hrs)
• Application correction window: 8th – 10th October 2026 (23:00 hrs)

Application Fee

₹ 200 for General category; ₹ 100 for SC/ST/OBC/PH/Ex-Servicemen.

Selection Process

• Paper‑I (Computer‑Based Examination)
• Physical Standard Test / Physical Endurance Test
• Paper‑II
• Detailed Medical Examination

2. Fill in the online form with accurate details and upload required documents.
3. Pay the application fee online and submit the application before 30th September 2026.
